Before shipping, a thorough check will be made to the item for any defects . Hence all goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
In the event if ClothesNHangers dispatched a wrong or a defective item, please contact us immediately for an exchange/return within 7 working days. Kindly note that item(s) has/have to be in its original condition with ClothesNHangers Laundry Care Tag before you are eligible for an exchange.
In the case of defects please send us a photo of the defect item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Should we find that the returned item is not defected as mentioned, item(s) will be sent back and all postage costs will be borne by the customer.
Please note that color discrepancy (due to color calibration of individual's computer) and item damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will not be qualified for an exchanged. Such request will not be entertained.
There may be a 0.5”-1” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
Under all other circumstances, a one-for-one exchange will be provided subjective to stock availability. For an out of stock item, a refund/e-voucher will be make to you.
For an exchange, kindly pack the item(s) securely in an envelope and mailed back to ClothesNHangers return address via normal postage with purchase of certificate of posting and a note on the reason for exchange. Postage will be borne by us and transferred to your account once we received your defective/wrong item(s).
Kindly note that Sales Items will not be qualified for return and exchange.
